  • What exactly does the webmaster service include?

    It covers all editing, updates, small developments and technical troubleshooting we do on your behalf on your website. Content updates, adding forms/buttons, bug fixes, security and performance work can be included. Scope is agreed per request.

  • How is pricing done?

  • How do I provide site access?

    You can provide access via FTP, hosting panel or CMS admin login. We recommend changing passwords after the work is done. All work is carried out under our logging and security policy.

  • I have an urgent issue, what should I do?

    Contact us via the form or email with an "Urgent" subject. We get back as soon as possible to assess the situation. If the site is completely down, contacting your hosting provider as well is advisable.
